ABOUT ME

 Hello, my name is Kevin Witcher, and I am a real estate broker located in Monroe, Georgia (Walton County). I began my real estate career as a real estate appraiser shortly after graduating from West Georgia College in 1991 and have over 25 years of experience in the valuation of retail, industrial, office, land, developments, multi-family residential, special use, and single-family properties within the greater metropolitan Atlanta area and timberland in the central and north sections of Georgia. During my career as a real estate appraiser, I achieved a MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute and a CCIM (certified commercial investment member) designation with the CCIM Institute.

In 2020, I changed my focus from the valuation of real estate to the brokerage of real estate and was employed by an independent real estate firm located in Monroe, Georgia, to provide real estate brokerage services including real estate consulting and client representation in the selling/buying/marketing of land, industrial, commercial, and single-family residential properties. I have since formed Witcher Real Estate LLC to provide continued real estate brokerage services related to land, industrial, commercial, and residential properties within Walton County and surrounding counties (Gwinnett, Newton, Rockdale, Morgan, Oconee, Barrow, Putnam, and Greene Counties).
